The BYU Cougars' commitment craze continued Wednesday, as a pair of defensive tackles pledged to join the football program.

East High School's Siaki Ika committed as part of the 2019 class, while Tyler Manoa of Hayward, California, will be part of the 2018 class.

Ika and Manoa join four players who committed on Tuesday. All six are attending a football camp in Provo.

Both Ika and Manoa were offered scholarships by Cougar coaches on Wednesday after having no previous recruiting contact with them, and they both committed a few hours later.

The offers were the first for both of them.

"Growing up, I've always been a BYU fan, always cheered Hawaii and BYU," said the 6-foot-3, 295-pound Ika, who is looking forward to the influence of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Provo. "My dad was happy when he found out."

As for Manoa, he ended up at the BYU camp somewhat by accident. The 6-foot-4, 295-pounder came to Utah to attend the All Poly Camp that begins on Thursday with plans to go to the Cougars' camp on Saturday.

That event will be concluding on Thursday, however, so Manoa decided to participate on Wednesday. He was offered a scholarship by coaches after the morning practice.

"I came to this camp, and I got lucky, I guess," he said.

At least one national recruiting analyst has taken note of the flurry of activity in Provo over the last two days, as Rivals' Adam Gorney joked on Twitter that at this rate it won't be long before BYU fills out its 2017, 2018 and 2019 classes.
