A pair of twin sisters in Brazil are about to celebrate their 100th birthday, and there are photos to prove it.

As ABC News reported, photographer Camila Lima, who hails from Cariacica, Brazil, shot photos of the twin sisters, Maria Pignaton Pontin and Paulina Pignaton Pandolfi, in anticipation of their 100th birthday later this month.

Lima said she often takes photos of older couples to inspire young couples.

When she heard about the 100-year-old twins, she reached out in hopes they would allow her to take photos. They agreed, ABC News reported.

"They did everything I asked and did not complain about tiredness," the photographer told ABC News.

The twins plan to celebrate their 100th birthday Saturday with their large family.

According to ABC News, Pandolfi has six children, 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Meanwhile, Pontin has five kids, 12 grandkids and seven great-grandkids, ABC reported.

Pontin and Pondolfi aren’t the only 100-year-old twins making headlines. Anna Parker and Emma Weis both turned 100 this year, according to The Daily Courier.
