SALT LAKE CITY — Fresh on the heels of “Avengers: Endgame,” Tom Holland says fans should prepare themselves for more heartbreak in the upcoming "Spider-Man" sequel.

In an interview with Cinema Blend released this week, Holland talked about his upcoming film “Spiderman: Far From Home” (directed by Jon Watts) and hinted at a particular moment in the film that he says will make audience members “feel like they were punched in the face.”

“Even filming it, I remember walking out and then watching it again on the monitors and asking Jon, ‘Are you sure that’s okay?’ And he’s like, ‘No, it’s not. People are going to hate this scene.’”

Holland added, “It’s pretty crazy. And it’s very similar in the way that it’s very tense, and it sort of rips the rug from underneath your feet. It’s pretty awesome.”

Holland didn’t provide further context for the film, but it seems fans can expect to have their hearts crushed some more.
