The iconic comic actress Betty White is celebrating her 98th birthday today, and she’s still going strong, according to Parade magazine.

White received a “wonderful early gift from @netflix!!!” she tweeted earlier this week, referring to the PBS documentary of her life that moved to the streaming service this week, adding the hashtag “#98feelsgreat.”

The “Golden Girls” actress has worked in television for over 80 years, and she was even awarded a Guinness World Record for the longest TV career for a female entertainer, according to CNN.

“I got an award for everything: inhaling, exhaling,” White joked to Parade in 2018. “I’ve been so spoiled rotten. I’m the luckiest old broad on two feet. Truly! I’ve always been working at something.”

She also shared with the magazine her tips for living a long and happy life.

“Enjoy life,” White told Parade. “Accentuate the positive, not the negative. It sounds so trite, but a lot of people will pick out something to complain about, rather than say, ‘Hey, that was great!’ It’s not hard to find great stuff if you look.”

White was born in Oak Park, Illinois, on Jan. 17, 1922, according to Entertainment Weekly. She began working in radio commercials and programs as a teenager, and then moved to television in the 1940s with shows such as “Life with Elizabeth” and “The Betty White Show.”

White is the recipient of multiple Emmy awards for her work on “The Golden Girls” and “The Mary Tyler Moore Show,” among others.
