Utah State football receives commitment from JUCO offensive lineman Calvin Knapp

Calvin Knapp — 6-foot-4, 265 pounds — will be a redshirt junior.

Utah State continues to build through the transfer portal.

Its newest addition is junior college offensive lineman Calvin Knapp, who announced on Twitter Thursday afternoon that he has committed to the Aggies.

Listed at 6-foot-4 and 265 pounds, Knapp will be a redshirt junior. After redshirting in his freshman year, he played one season at Southwest Minnesota State University as a defensive lineman, recording 17 tackles while playing in nine games.

He played his redshirt sophomore season at Iowa Western, appearing in five games on the offensive line.
