This year’s First Presidency Christmas devotional will take place on Dec. 3, 2023, at 6 p.m. in Salt Lake City and streamed internationally.
As an annual event brought with the holiday season to remember the birth of Jesus Christ, the devotional will include Christmas-inspired messages from church leaders and include holiday music from The Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square.
The church announced the event and invited “Latter-day Saints, their families and friends to participate.” To spread the world about the devotional, the church encouraged using “#ChristmasDevo” on social media.
Previous Christmas devotionals have lasted about an hour and can be watched again online.
What to know about getting tickets for the 2023 Christmas devotional
Tickets will be available on Tuesday, Nov. 7, at 10 a.m. MST and can be reserved online. A limit of six tickets per reservation will also be put in place.
Just like general conference, tickets are limited because of ongoing construction around Temple Square.
