Amy Ortiz covers faith and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A native of Mexico and recent BYU graduate, her previous experience includes interning for the Church News and serving as editor-in-chief for the BYU Daily Universe. There, she reported on faith and culture from countries in Europe and South America, and now continues to spotlight stories of faith in her reporting.
