Matthew Harris covers high school sports and Utah State basketball for the Deseret News. He began covering sports for the Sanpete Messenger in Manti, Utah, in 2016, and graduated with a BA in Multimedia Journalism from Weber State University. His hobbies include playing old video games and sending dozens of memes to his wife every day.
