Former “Fixer Upper” stars Chip and Joanna Gaines announced Thursday that they will create their own boutique hotel in 2021. The couple announced the news on their blog and social media accounts.

The “dream” hotel will serve as “an extension of the way we feel about our own home and all it represents to us, and that every guest who comes to stay would experience that same sense of belonging and community.”

“A weary traveler who’s searching for rest, a parent who needs a weekend to recharge, a family eager for an adventure, or anyone else simply looking for a place to settle in and be filled up. In all of these things, what it really comes down to is our desire to create a place where people feel welcomed home,” Joanna Gaines wrote in the blog post.

Where: The hotel will be located in downtown Waco, Texas, near several of the other of the couple’s remodeled homes and project, according to The Washington Post.

  • “The hotel will be the first of its kind in the Central Texas city, although offerings are growing there,” The Washington Post reports.
  • The couple already has something called “Magnolia Stays” at the hotel for fans.
