ORLANDO, Fla. — Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge sells a lot of different merchandise. Dolls, Jedi robes and droids aplenty fall off the shelves in bunches as fans rush to buy them.

The park also sells signature Coke, Diet Coke and Sprite bottles that have their own design unique to the “Star Wars” universe. But the price might be too high for those looking to be financially responsible.

Flashback: Coca-Cola and Disney announced a partnership earlier in 2019 to bring unique Coke product bottles to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. The bottles appear orb-like and have “resealable caps and brand names printed on scuffed, rusted labels in Aurebesh, the written language featured in the film franchise,” according to a press release emailed to the Deseret News.

Cost: The bottles cost $6 (or six “credits” if you use the lingo of the Galaxy’s Edge citizens).

Size: The bottles have 13.5 ounces.

Sips: This reporter took 14 simple sips of soda to finish his drink.

Perspective: A 24-count of 12 oz. Coca-Cola soda cans costs $8.18 at Walmart, which breaks down to $0.34 per can. A 12 pack will cost $4.98 at Walmart, too, which breaks down to $0.41 per can.

Consider: Based on volume and cost, the soda isn’t worth it. You can buy more soda elsewhere for a lot less money. However, the signature cup is unique to the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Anyone interested in memorabilia might find the cup worth it. Otherwise, more soda can be bought elsewhere.
