Most parents of preschoolers are familiar with the viral hit “Baby Shark.” But now there’s an updated version of the song to help kids (and their parents) remember to wash their hands to help fight off the coronavirus pandemic, according to the Associated Press.
Pinkfong released the “Wash Your Hands with Baby Shark” video which includes updated lyrics like “Wash your hands/doo doo doo doo doo/Wash your hands” and “Grab some soap/doo doo doo doo doo/Grab some soap,” AP reported.

The animated video also depicts a live person washing their hands to demonstrate the proper way to wash to children, according to Good Housekeeping.
The original “Baby Shark” video on YouTube went viral in early 2019 and even made it to No. 32 on Billboard’s Hot 100 List, the Deseret News reported.
“Baby Shark” is one of YouTube’s five most-viewed videos of all time with over 4.6 billion views, according to AP.
Parents on Twitter are already confirming that “Wash Your Hands with Baby Shark” is becoming popular with their kids.
My two-year-old crashed my video conference call @5280Magazine earlier to request the Baby Shark hand-washing song. So now I feel inclined to share it with those of you who don't have toddlers participating in your workday. Enjoy! https://t.co/ITbpwZ8HRk

However, it seems like it’s becoming popular with adults on Twitter, as well.
I'm not dancing to this in my home office, you are. https://t.co/B4aPVVVMGJ
