Warner Bros. pictures announced new release dates for its upcoming films. Here’s a quick breakdown.

  • “Tenet” moves from July 17 to July 31.
  • “Wonder Woman 1984” switches from Aug. 14 to Oct. 2.
  • “Witches” rides its broomstick from Oct. 9 to an unset data in the future.
  • “Godzilla vs. Kong” stomps from Nov. 20 to May 21, 2021.
  • “Tom & Jerry” scatters from Dec. 23 to March 5, 2021.
  • “Untitled Matrix movie” shifts from May 21, 2021, to April 1, 2022.

Some other notes:

  • “Tenet” was expected to be the first major film back in theaters amid the coronavirus pandemic. That courtesy now shifts to “Mulan,” which is slated to debut on July 24.
  • “Wonder Woman 1984” was previously delayed from its original release date on June 5. The movie was moved to August before it was shifted, once again, to this fall.
