Disney released the first trailer for the second season of “The Mandalorian” on Tuesday, and with it came a list of the upcoming season’s directors.

Disney shared the full list of the directors for the coming episodes, which includes:
- Jon Favreau.
- Dave Filoni.
- Bryce Dallas Howard.
- Rick Famuyiwa.
- Carl Weathers.
- Peyton Reed.
- Robert Rodriguez.
Some notes:
- Favreau will also serve as showrunner for “The Mandalorian,” just like with Season 1. Favreau recently talked about the second season, saying it’ll open like “Game of Thrones” did on HBO.
- Dave Filoni has been the showrunner of “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” and “Star Wars Rebels.” He has long been seen as a protege of George Lucas.
- Bryce Dallas Howard previously directed a Season 1 episode of “The Mandalorian.”
- Rick Famuyiwa directed two episodes in Season 1 — “The Child” and “The Prisoner.”
- Carl Weathers plays Greef Karga on “The Mandalorian.” He also played Apollo Creed.
- Peyton Reed directed “Ant-Man,” “Ant-Man and the Wasp” and is tapped to direct “Ant-Man 3.”
- Robert Rodriguez has directed multiple “Spy Kid” movies as well as “Sin City.”
