Disney+ released the newest trailer for “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” just days before its debut.
The trailer hints at what’s to come in the show, including a team-up between Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie.) The show appears to tackle what happens to the United States in a world without Captain America, who gave up his shield at the end of “Avengers: Endgame.”
The six-episode series stars Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Wyatt Russell, Emily VanCamp and Daniel Brühl.
The show will debut Friday, March 19, at 1 a.m. MT on Disney+.
The show isn’t bad, apparently
Mackie said at a press conference on Sunday that the show, simply, doesn’t suck. But there was pressure to make ensure that.
- “Our goal ... was not to mess it up. We didn’t want to be the first crappy Marvel project. Our job was to take the torch and not make a bad show,” he said.
