The 2026 Golden Globe nominations are here — and the action-drama film “One Battle After Another” leads the pack with nine nods.
On its heels in the movie category with eight noms is the Norwegian drama “Sentimental Value,” followed by horror film “Sinners” with seven and “Hamnet” with six.
The movie-of-the-moment, “Wicked: For Good” is neck and neck with Guillermo del Toro’s “Frankenstein,” both of which earned five noms — which, for the “Wicked” sequel is one more nomination than its higher-rated first act received last year.
“The White Lotus” leads the way in television with six nominations, followed by Netflix’s British psychological drama, “Adolescence” with five nods and “Only Murders in the Building” and “Severance” tied with four.
For the first time, six top-ranking podcasts received nominations for best podcast — a category added to the award ceremony in May. The best podcast category will make its debut during the 2026 awards with “Good Hang With Amy Poehler,” “SmartLess” and other podcasts up for a Globe award.
Here is a full list of the 83rd annual Golden Globe nominations.
When are the 2026 Golden Globes?
The 83rd annual Golden Globe awards will air live on Sunday, Jan. 11 at 6 p.m. MST on CBS and streaming on Paramount+. The award show will be hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser for the second consecutive year.
Glaser made history last year as the first woman to solo-host the Golden Globes.
“Nikki Glaser brought a refreshing spark and fearless wit to the Golden Globes stage this year,” Golden Globes President Helen Hoehne said in a statement. “Her sharp humor, and bold presence set the tone for an unforgettable night, making the ceremony feel vibrant and most of all fun.”
