Spotify is raising its prices.

Beginning February, the price of a Spotify premium subscription plan will jump from $11.99 to $12.99 per month in the U.S., the company announced in a Thursday blog post.

In the U.S. — Spotify’s largest market — the company’s most recent price hike was in July 2024, following a cost increase in July 2023, which was the first time Spotify raised fees since debuting in the U.S. in 2011.

The new rate will impact users in the U.S., Estonia and Latvia. Prices were raised to similar rates in the U.K. and Switzerland in the fall.
