The Utah football program has gotten plenty of commitments from high school prospects lately, but on Thursday it got one from a college transfer, as San Diego Toreros tight end Dalton Kincaid announced his pledge via Twitter.

In two seasons with the Toreros, who play on the FCS level, the 6-foot-5, 230-pound Kincaid tallied 68 receptions for 1,209 yards and 19 touchdowns.

Kincaid is a native of Las Vegas, and he prepped at Faith Lutheran High School. He becomes the ninth player to commit to the Utes as part of the current recruiting cycle.
