The Utah State football program continues to build its 2022 recruiting class.

On Wednesday evening, Texas linebacker Joshua Williams announced his pledge to the program via Twitter.

Not much information is publicly available on Williams, but according to his Twitter bio, he is 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds. Also according to his Twitter account, the Aggies are the lone Division I program to have offered him a scholarship so far, having done so on May 3.

Williams is the second linebacker to commit to the Aggies as part of their 2022 class, joining Maximus Fonoti Maikui from Northridge High School in Utah, and the eighth prospect overall to pledge to the class.
