Day 2 of the men’s basketball transfer window being open has been a busy one for BYU.
Just hours after reports that point guard Robert Wright is entering the transfer portal, teammate Dominique Diomande announced on social media he is doing the same.
Diomande, who hails from Paris, came to BYU after spending last season at Washington.
He appeared in 24 games for the Cougars during the 2025-26 campaign, averaging 7.2 minutes, 1.9 points, 1.3 rebounds and 0.7 steals per contest.
The 6-foot-7 wing had his best stretch of the season during the Big 12 tournament.
In the Big 12 tournament, he averaged 5.3 points, 3.0 rebounds and 3.0 steals per game.
Diomande becomes the third BYU player to enter the transfer portal, joining Wright and big man Xavion Staton.
