Kade Mackintosh scored one goal and provided an assist as No. 3 Farmington defeated No. 11 Copper Hills 2-0 in the 6A state tournament quarterfinals. Dax Patrick added another goal for Farmington, while Jaxon Beynon recorded a shutout. With the victory, Farmington advances to the 6A semifinals.

Salt Lake Academy 1, Skyridge 0

Tyson Harris scored the lone goal in the first half to secure No. 4 Salt Lake Academy’s 1-0 victory over No. 5 Skyridge in the 6A state tournament quarterfinals. Bryson Brock recorded a shutout as Salt Lake Academy advanced to the semifinals. Skyridge was unable to find the back of the net, despite their efforts in the second half.

Lone Peak 1, Bingham 1 (Lone Peak advances in PKs 4-2)

In a 6A state tournament quarterfinal game, No. 1 Lone Peak advanced to the semifinals by defeating No. 8 Bingham 4-2 in a penalty shootout after a 1-1 draw. Kien Cid scored for Lone Peak in the second half, assisted by Patrick Stevenson, while Bingham’s Mason Simmons equalized with a second-half goal. The Knights showcased their prowess from the penalty spot to secure their place in the semifinals.

Mountain Ridge 2, Davis 1

Kash Fritzsche and Brody Tarwater each scored a goal to lead No. 7 Mountain Ridge past No. 2 Davis 2-1 in the 6A state tournament quarterfinals. Griffin Carmack scored the lone goal for Davis, assisted by Kasen Smith. Mountain Ridge advances to the 6A semifinals with the victory.

Desert Hills 3, Timpanogos 2

Boone Heaton scored a hat trick to lead No. 4 Desert Hills past No. 5 Timpanogos 3-2 in the 4A state tournament quarterfinals, advancing to next week’s semifinals. Desert Hills took a 1-0 lead in the first half and extended it with two more goals in the second half. Despite late goals from Cooper Michaelis and Evan Haderlie of Timpanogos, Desert Hills held on for the win.

Crimson Cliffs 4, Ridgeline 2

Portman Busk scored twice to lead No. 7 Crimson Cliffs to a 4-2 victory over No. 2 Ridgeline in the 4A state tournament quarterfinals, advancing the Mustangs to next week’s 4A semifinals. Crimson Cliffs jumped ahead with two goals in the first half, with Kaden Parrish and Rockwell Mccausland each finding the back of the net. Ridgeline’s Grayden Rupp and Fischer Gieger scored, leveling the game by halftime, but Busk’s second-half goals sealed the win for the Mustangs.

East 2, Dixie 1

Kai Ortíz scored a decisive goal in the second half to lead No. 3 East past No. 6 Dixie 2-1 in the 4A state tournament quarterfinals. Asher Jorgensen initially put Dixie on the board, but Alejandro Preciado equalized for East before halftime. With the win, East advances to next week’s 4A semifinals.

Murray 7, Stansbury 0

Sebastian Garcia scored three goals to lead No. 1 Murray to a 7-0 victory over No. 8 Stansbury in the 4A state tournament quarterfinals. Michael Martinez added two goals for the Spartans, who tallied three goals in the first half and four more after the break. Murray advances to next week’s 4A semifinals.
