SALT LAKE CITY — A man was killed in a two-car accident Friday after a vehicle ran a stop sign in Salt Lake City.

The crash happened near Bryan Avenue (1565 South) and 1300 East about 5:20 p.m., according to Salt Lake Police Lt. Sam Wolf. Two men, ages 60 and 40, were transported to a hospital in critical condition.

One of the men was pronounced dead at the hospital, Wolf said. He did not know which man it was.

The victim’s names were not released Saturday. The accident is still under investigation.
