DUCHESNE — A Duchesne County man was charged in three separate cases on Thursday of sexually abusing at least three girls.
In total, Jacob Douglas Stevenson, 25, of Talmage, was charged in 8th District Court with rape and two counts of forcible sodomy, all first-degree felonies; two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony; unlawful sexual activity with a minor, and two counts of dealing in harmful materials to a minor, all third-degree felonies.
According to charging documents, at least three females, between the ages of 15 and 18, claimed that Stevenson “had asked for pornographic images from them” dating back to February 2019.
Additionally, Stevenson is accused of sexually assaulting three girls, between the ages of 16 and 17, in his truck.
In one case, a 16-year-old girl said she was walking to church last fall when Stevenson, who was parked in the church parking lot, called to her, the charges state. He told her to get in, and then locked the doors and forced her to perform a sex act in the parking lot, according to charging documents.
