MORGAN — Police say they have identified another child allegedly abused by a Morgan County man accused of sexually abusing children in his neighborhood.
Jeffrey Curtis Horrocks, 52, of Peterson, is already in custody after being charged in December with sodomy on a child, a first-degree felony; sex abuse of a child and three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, both second-degree felonies; and dealing in harmful materials to a minor, a third-degree felony.
On Wednesday, the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office filed an additional police affidavit accusing Horrocks of aggravated sexual abuse and two counts of dealing in harmful materials to a minor. Horrocks would show a girl under the age of 10 homemade pornographic videos “all the time,” the girl told detectives, according to the affidavit.
When he was originally arrested in December, police say they found multiple video cameras throughout his house and learned he had been posing as a federal agent. Investigators say Horrocks sexually abused a young boy while showing him pornographic videos, some of which were of Horrocks and his wife engaged in sex.
His next scheduled court date in that case is Feb. 3.
Investigators with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office said they fear there could be additional victims and ask anyone with information to contact the sheriff’s office at 801-829-0590.
