A Las Vegas man convicted of killing three people in a Cedar City bar has been ordered by the Board of Pardons to spend the rest of his natural life in prison.
That is, if Oklahoma does't execute him.Norman Lee Newsted is currently under a death sentence for killing an Oklahoma City cab driver.
Newsted was convicted in Utah of three counts of first-degree murder, three counts of aggravated robbery and three additional one-year sentences for using a firearm during the commission of a crime.
