Serial rapist Blaine Hogge Nelson, already sentenced to at least 30 years in prison for sexual assaults in Ogden, will be prosecuted in Iron County.
Nelson, 33, was sentenced May 11 to 30 years to life in prison on his guilty plea April 27 to four counts each of rape, sodomy and aggravated burglary and a single charge of forcible sexual abuse.
Iron County Attorney Scott Burns said Nelson faces five counts each of aggravated sexual abuse and aggravated burglary and a single count of theft in the Cedar City area.
