A model who claims Detroit Pistons forward Dennis Rodman fathered her 8-month-old daughter filed a paternity petition for $7,700 a month in child support and a lawsuit claiming she's entitled to half his earnings.

Palimony attorney Marvin Mitchelson filed both documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of Annie Bakes, 29, of Los Angeles, against Rodman.Mitchelson said his client believes she is entitled to at least $1 million plus a share of money Rodman receives from the NBA Finals between the Pistons and the Los Angeles Lakers.
