Among the featured skiers at the Winter Sports Show Spectacular, which begins on Friday, will be Frank Bare.
Some may recognize him as the one-time king of the aerials in freestyle skiing. He won the Wrold Aerial Ski Championships seven times. He was also coach of the Swiss freestyle team.People are less likely to remember him for his movie roles. He's a stuntman and has performed in such movies at "Ski Patrol," Revenge of the Ninja," and "Silent Night Deadly Night."
Along with Bare, other key figures include Kristi Terzian and Jan Bucher.
Not too long ago, Terzian was a candidate for early retirement. She didn't but finstead she set a U.S. recored, scoring points in 17 World Cup races last year. She had six top-10s, including second in a snowy giant slalom at Stranda, Norway.
