The Beverly Hills cop who was on the receiving end of Zsa Zsa Gabor's famous slap turned the tables on the sometime actress and glamour queen, slapping her with a $10 million slander suit.

Officer Paul Kramer's suit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court accuses Gabor, 71, of being on a "malicious and vindictive campaign to defame" him.Gabor has made several talk show appearances since her conviction last year for battery, driving without a valid license and having an open liquor bottle in her Rolls-Royce when Kramer pulled her over last June.

On CNN's "Sonya Live from L.A." Dec. 6 she said Kramer used drugs and was a homosexual.

One of Kramer's lawyers, Richard Thomas, said the officer's "good reputation as an honest and conscientious public servant" has been damaged by Gabor's accusations.

Another of Kramer's lawyers, A. William Bartz Jr., told a news conference that the suit "is trying to send a message to people like Ms. Gabor who have special and privileged access to the media."
