Paul Jay Hansen, 76, passed away May 22, 1990.
Born March 10, 1914, Salt Lake City to Joseph and Luetta Cornwall Hansen. Dr. Hansen was head of the Department of Education at the University of Utah where he was graduated in 1936, received his M.A. in 1939 and doctorate in 1950. He held membership in a score of fraternity and organizations including the NEA, UEA, National Science Teaching Association and was also a Master M Man.Survivors: brother, Richard C. Hansen, Denver, Colorado; sister, Mabel H. Brown, Salt Lake City; nieces and nephews.
Funeral service Friday, l p.m., Edgehill 1st Ward Chapel, 1750 South 1500 East. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, Thursday, 6-8 p.m., and at the church, Friday, one hour prior to the service. Interment: Salt Lake City Cemetery.
