Francis Marvin Lyman, 58, died October 31, 1991 of a sudden heart attack.

Francis was born in Moab, February 21, 1933 to Marvin F. and Margie H. Lyman. He was a respected CPA and community leader. He served for many years as Bishop in Grand Junction, Colorado and Blanding, Utah, and most recently as Stake President. He will fondly be remembered by his family as a husband and a king, loving father, and by his friends as a man who always gave of his heart.Francis is survived by his mother, Margie H. Lyman, his wife, DaNece, eight children, R. Duane and Trine Lyman, Salt Lake; Lynette and Matt Bayles, LaCrescenta, Calif.; Kent M. and Becky Lyman, Springfield, Missouri; Kelly J. Lyman, LaCrescenta, Calf.; Philip K. and Jodi Lyman, Blanding, Utah; LeAnn and Brent Hall, Cedar City, Utah; Cori and McKay Hugentobler, Manti; and Marci Lyman, Blanding; nine grandchildren, his brothers, Philip Lyman, Joe Lyman and sister, Caroline Christensen.

Funeral services 1:00 p.m., Monday, Blanding Stake Center. Friends may call Sunday evening, 6-9 p.m. and 10-12 noon, Monday, at the San Juan Mortuary in Blanding.
