Bertram Lee has been ousted as a managing general partner of the Denver Nuggets after he failed to meet his share of a $5 million capital call, a Denver newspaper reported today.

The Rocky Mountain News quoted three unnamed NBA sources who said Lee was removed by Peter Bynoe, the team's other general managing partner, making Bynoe the sole managing general partner.
