Juan Manuel Fangio II of Argentina gave Toyota its first IMSA auto racing victory of 1991, beating Geoff Brabham in the Camel Continental VIII Camel GT. Fangio completed 122 laps around the 2.428-mile Watkins Glen International course during the 21/2-hour race. He averaged a record 117.706 mph.
