Price Broadcasting Co. has announced the pending sale of its radio operations in California, Idaho, Nevada and Washington to Citadel Broadcasting of Montana.

The sales price was not disclosed.John Price, chairman and chief executive officer, said the sale includes station KGA/KDRK in Spokane; KQMS/KSHA in Redding, Calif.; KOOK/KBEE in Modesto, Calif.; KROW/KNEV in Reno and KHEZ in Boise.

The sale will enable Price to focus the company's broadcasting efforts on KCPX/KUTR in Salt Lake's competitive radio market.

Price also owns and operates a commercial/industrial real estate company with primary markets in Utah and 10 western states.
