Bountiful-Jennie Bennett Robins, age 95, passed away at her home of cancer on Monday, September 2, 1991.

Born March 22, 1896 in Brigham City, Utah to Janus Peter and Caroline Jensine Koford Nielsen. Married Charles Rudolph Bennett, December 6, 1916 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; he died January 15, 1954. Married Royal Charles Robins, December 27, 1968 in Orem, Utah; he died December 11, 1969. Reared in Holbrook, Idaho on a farm. Moved to Bountiful, Utah in 1916 and has lived here for 75 years. She was an active member of the LDS Church serving as ward Primary president, Relief Society visiting teacher for 65 years and a Salt Lake LDS Temple ordinance worker for nine years.Survived by three daughters, Mrs Alan (DeLone) Burns, St. George; Mrs. Wylo (Afton) Reynolds, North Salt Lake; Mrs. Delbert (Genevieve) Duerden, Bountiful; daughter-in-law, Mrs. Charles (Donna) Bennett, Centerville; 19 grandchildren; 79 great-grandchildren; 24 great great grandchildren; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Irwin (Clara) Talbot, Layton; three stepsons, Richard Robins, Orem; Charles Robins, Roy; Lee Robins, Bountiful; 19 stepgrandchildren; 43 stepgreat grandchildren; two sisters and one brother, Myrtle Petersen, Bountiful; Cora Neal and Charlie Nielsen, Malad, Idaho. Preceded in death by her only son, Charles N. Bennett, February 14, 1989.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 7, 1991 at 12 noon in the Bountiful 7th Ward Chapel, 1250 South Main. Friends may call Friday, from 6-8 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, and at the Chapel on Saturday from 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to the services. Interment, Bountiful City Cemetery.
