Chapter of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.Tate has been in the industry since 1972 specializing in small shopping center development, leasing, management and sales.
Other officers elected for 1992 are George Richards, a partner in Chapman-Richards, president-elect and Education Committee chairman; Wade Williams, vice president of real estate for Smith's Food and Drug Centers, secretary-treasurer; John Langley, president of Bettilyon Realty Co., director; Joe Florence, public affairs chairman; and Ray Unrath, candidate guidance.
