Jose Cesar De Souza of Brazil won the Chicago Marathon on Sunday with a time of 2 hours, 16 minutes, 14 seconds. Igor Braslawsky of Ukraine was second in 2:17:30 and Eddy Hellybuyck of Belgium finished third in 2:17:55.
