Actor Jameson Parker, best known for his role in the TV series "Simon and Simon," is recuperating from gunshot wounds.
Police in North Hollywood, Calif., say Parker was shot by a neighbor in a dispute over the actor's dog. The initial confrontation occurred between the neighbor and Parker's wife as she was walking the couple's dog."The dog stopped to relieve himself on the lawn and the neighbor took offense," said officer Douglas Hamilton. "And I guess whatever he said to her, she went home and told her husband."
Parker went over to confront the neighbor and an argument ensued, culminating in a shooting.
