Arthur Seale, the admitted kidnapper and killer of Exxon executive Sidney Reso, received a maximum sentence Monday of 95 years in prison during a hearing in Trenton, N.J.

U.S. District Judge Garrett E. Brown Jr. told Seale he would spend the rest of his life in prison with no chance of parole. Seale also faced a life term in a later sentencing Monday in a state court.
