The Indiana Pacers signed guard Micheal Williams to a multi-year contract, the club announced Sunday.

No other terms were released. Williams, a restricted free agent, averaged 15 points and 8.2 assists per game for the Pacers last season, both career highs. He also was second in the league with 2.95 steals per game and was named to the NBA All-Defensive second team following the 1991-92 season.
