Donna Arlene Tate Glaittli passed away at home in Salt Lake City, Utah, Monday, October 11, 1993 from cancer.
Born November 19, 1923 in Logan, Utah to Charles Delmer and Oreta Johnson Tate. Married George W. Glaittli, October 9, 1947.Donna's love of people was exemplified in her work as a registered nurse. Active all her life in the LDS Church, she held numerous ward and stake positions. She taught others how to give by her own selfless acts of service. Always seeing the good in others, her warmth and concern blessed the lives of her family, friends, neighbors and the Primary children she loved so dearly.
She will continue to live in the hearts of her husband, children and grandchildren: George W. Glaittli, Mrs. Julie (Kirk) Woolley, Mrs. Lynne (Scott) Peterson, G. Douglas (Kathy) Glaittli, David Glaittli, James (Shannon) Glaittli, Jeanne Glaittli, Jessica, Tristan, Maren, Timothy, Colin, Rachel, Erica, Annie, Tanna, Lizzy and Jami. She will also be remembered by her brother and five sisters.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 15, 1993 at 12 noon, at the Olympus First Ward, 4100 South Camille Drive (2480 East), Holladay, Utah. Friends may call at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 Highland Drive, Thursday, 6-8 p.m. and at the ward on Friday from 10:30- 11:45 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to the Primary Children's Medical Center.
