Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, Manuel Quinonez Corral, age 69, died November 22, 1993 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born May 30, 1924 in Santa Barbara, Chihuahua, Mexico to Manuel Quinonez and Luz Corral. Married Dolores Faudoa January 5, 1952 in Santa Barbara, Chihuahua, Mexico. Member of the Catholic Church, Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish. He was the originator of the La Morena Cafe at the Guadalupe Center. Currently he owned and operated the El Chihuahua Restaurant in Holladay, Utah.He is survived by his wife of Salt Lake City; five children, Dolores, Los Angeles, Calif.; Victor, West Jordan; Anna and Bart Ellis, West Bountiful; Albert, Chihuahua, Mexico; and Harry of Salt Lake City; also survived by 10 grandchildren, and a sister, Maria Cardenas of Salt Lake City.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 10 a.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic church, 715 West 300 North. A vigil service will be held Friday, 7 p.m. at the Neil O'Donnell & Sons Mortuary, 372 East 100 South, where friends may call Friday, 6-7 p.m.
