Norine Maxfield Ginn Purcell, 71, peacefully passed away December 15, 1993, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born April 23, 1922 in Price, Utah, to Hillard and Sophia Maxfield. Married J. W. Ginn (deceased) in 1941. Married Phil J. Purcell (deceased) in 1959.Survived by children, son, William M. Craig Ginn, Albuquerque, New Mexico; daughter, Mrs. John DeCorrevont (Patrice), Deerfield, Illinois; stepchildren, Mrs. Albert J. Perini (Ann), San Rafael, Calif.; Philip J. Purcell, Wilmette, Illinois; Paul E. Purcell, Hinsdale, Illinois; 20 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; brothers, Richard Maxfield; Robert Maxfield; Paul Maxfield; sisters, Mrs. Earl Dowland (Marilyn); Mrs. Frank Perkins (Eileen), all of Salt Lake City. Norine was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved Phil.

Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated Saturday, December 18, 1993, 11 a.m. at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, 1375 East Spring Lane. A Vigil Service will be held Friday, 8 p.m. at the church, where friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. Committal service, Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 4th Ave and "T" Street.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to: St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church or Hospice of the North Shore, Evanston, Illinois.
