Lennox Industries Inc., Dallas, Texas., a company manufacturing heating and air conditioning products, has leased a 36,550 square-foot warehouse at 2700 S. 600 West and has moved from its previous 20,000 square-foot location at 2885 S. 300 West.

Jim Sheldon, vice president of CB Commercial's Industrial Division, said Lennox has signed a long-term lease on a customized build-to-suit facility. Sheldon negotiated the transaction for Lennox together with CB Commercial's Dallas office.
