Our daughters, Shadi Michelle and Courtni Lynn Kalt passed away December 15, 1993 in Salt Lake City.
Survived by parents, Brian and Michelle Kalt; brother, Braxton Carl, grandparents, Joan Perkins, Salt Lake; Fred Kalt, Salt Lake; David and Nedra Oliver, Draper.Graveside Services will be held Saturday December 18, 1993 at 10:30 a.m. at Draper City Cemetery, 12450 South 900 East.
