Joseph Smith Miller, died December 15, 1993 at his home in Anaheim, California, after a short illness.
Born November 16, 1909, Salt Lake City, to Matthew A. and Minerva Smith Miller. Graduated from LDS High School and U of U. Served LDS German-Austrian Mission 1928-31. Married Radie O. Hyde in Salt Lake LDS Temple, December 31, 1938. She died December 2, 1966. Married Dorotha Nell H. Parry, June 14, 1969. Moved to Calif. in 1941 to enter into manufacturing business which he successfully operated until he sold it, then worked as building engineer for the Medical Office Building, until his recent illness.Survived by wife, Dorotha Nell; son, Philip H. Miller; daughters, Diane M. Hansen, Jody M. Nelson, Cherie M. Wilson, Nancy Parry, Janet Parry; 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.sisters, Leonora M. Gill, Amy M. Amundsen; brothers, Burton S. Miller, Richards S. Miller;
Funeral Saturday. Burial Rose Hill, California.
