Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, Clyde Bodrero Sheffield, age 67, passed away peacefully, December 16, 1993, after a brave battle with cancer.

Clyde was born June 3, 1926, in Logan, Utah, the son of Irvine Marble and Emma Delone Bodrero Sheffield. He married Nina Jones, July 24, 1948, in Elko, Nevada. Their marriage was solemnized on March 15, 1983 in the Jordan River LDS Temple. Served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Active member of the LDS Church. Retired from Keebler Cookie Company.Survivors include his wife Nina; four children, Linda Whitney, Marilyn (husband, Dennis) Hendriksen, Kim J. Sheffield, and Karen (husband, Rob) Robinson, all from Salt Lake City; ten grandchildren, Lisa, Kathi, and Greg S. Whitney, Kelli and Brian S. Hendriksen, and Matthew J., Bethany, Laura, Melissa, and Emma Lee Robinson; two brothers, Dean B. (wife, Bonnie) Sheffield, LaThair B. (wife, Juanita) Sheffield; and a sister JoAnne (husband, Clyde) Ingram; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by an infant grandson, Braden S. Robinson and son-in-law Clinton W. Whitney.

The family wishes to express appreciation to Dr. Patricia LeGant, Community Nursing Service, and the Oncology Unit nursing staff at Cottonwood Hospital for the kind and loving care they provided Clyde and his family.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 20, 12 noon, at the Holbrook Funeral Chapel, 3251 So. 2300 East, with Bishop DeLaun E. Tischner officiating. Friends may call at Holbrook's, Sunday evening from 5 to 7, and Monday for one hour prior to services. Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. Funeral Directors: The Holbrook Funeral Chapel.
