Dagmar H. Crosby Severson died December 15, 1993 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born in Oslo, Norway to parents Olaus and Matilde Larsen Haakonsen March 8, 1893. She was a convert to the LDS Church and came to Utah in June 1914. Married Henry J. Crosby in the Salt Lake LDS Temple October 4, 1916; he died January 19, 1920. Married James Severson August 2, 1923; he died October 18, 1964.Active in the LDS Church, choir, teacher in Sunday School, religion class, Mutual presidency, temple work and a Relief Society visiting teacher for 45 years.

Survivors: Son and three daughters-in-law, Ardyth Severson, Salt Lake; Harold J. and Margene Severson, Volcano, Calif.; Rounie Crosby Brown, Manhatten Beach, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Aagot Henriksen, Salt Lake; nephews and nieces in Norway and this country; 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by two sons, Henry V. Crosby (February 1, 1973) and Sid H. Severson (January 1990); and one granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 20, 1993 at Holladay 2nd Ward, 2065 East 4675 South, 10:30 a.m., where friends may call from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday prior to services. Interment, Elysian Burial Gardens.
