Joseph Westgrove has been appointed senior vice president of loan administration for CrossLand Mortgage Corp. He has worked in the financial services industry 13 years. Stephanie Coleman has joined CrossLand Mortgage Corp. as marketing director. She worked 14 years for R&R Advertising, most recently as general manager of the Salt Lake office. Frederic Sarrazin was named sales manager of route operations for Mount Olympus Waters Inc. He has worked in the bottled water industry more than 20 years. David Golden has been named manager of the special loans department of First Security Bank. He was formerly vice president and commercial loan officer in the bank's commercial banking division. W. Steven Meyer was appointed Utah office manager of Centennial Engineering, based in Arvada, Colo. He has been a senior engineer and project manager in firm's Salt Lake office for the past three years. Paulette Brown has been appointed director of public relations at Penna Powers Cutting & Haynes. She has worked for the firm 2 1/2 years.
