The Supreme Court ruled Friday that the White House is allowed to continue construction on President Donald Trump’s $400 million ballroom construction project.

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts temporarily blocked an earlier ruling that said construction could not continue without congressional approval.

The order comes just hours before rulings from lower courts would have forced the construction to halt, according to The Associated Press.

Trump has advocated for the ballroom, citing national security concerns. The National Trust for Historic Preservation is suing, asking that the project be halted until it receives congressional approval.
