Earl Paul Eggleston, age 64, of Springville, died Sunday, December 19, 1993 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
He was born July 14, 1929 in Myton, Utah to Earl and Edith Ann Howard Eggleston. He married Jewel Gillen; they were later divorced. He married Darlene Hazel Cloward in Las Vegas, Nevada, August 16, 1974.He worked for Lauren Burt, Inc. in Salt Lake City for many years. He also worked for Elias Morris Construction and Myron Dennison Acoustics. He was a livestock dealer for several years.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, outdoors, people and his family.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene of Springville; two sons and three daughters, Bruce Eggleston of Caldwell, Idaho; Larry Eggleston of Salt Lake City; Sharleen Peterson of South Jordan; Sandra Harding of Salt Lake City; Kathy Merrill of Ellensburg, Wash.; one stepson, Earl Demson of Pleasant Grove; 10 grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Robert (Alice) Ferron of Colorado. He is preceded in death by two brothers, Howard and Walter, and one grandson.
Funeral services will be Thursday, December 23, 1993, at 11 a.m., at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South, Springville. Friends may call at the mortuary on Wednesday, from 6 to 8 p.m. or on Tuesday, one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery.
